Civic Quarter has been designed to accommodate the needs of modern professional businesses with the user experience at top of mind and has attracted a number of Canberra’s premier private sector tenants to the building.
Amalgamated Property Group are pleased to have welcomed a number of blue-chip tenants to Civic Quarter in recent months, including Westpac / St George, AECOM, Ashurst Lawyers, Colliers International and Indesco, and there are more leading organisations on CQ’s horizon.
As the community continues to grow inside CQ, the communication and engagement is increasing in parallel, driven by the release of its custom-built tenant portal which is keeping everyone connected and informed of building activities and local offerings to enhance the work-life balance in the modern workplace. The Tenant Portal also plays a key role in our community to educate occupants on CQ’s sustainability targets; the portal regularly reports on building data to demonstrate that CQ is committed to its design to become Canberra’s most sustainably driven building, and is a vital tool to encourage the health and wellbeing of its occupants through wellness-driven building features and community activities.
The month of June also saw the opening of new tenant, Capital Eatery, a Melbourne-inspired cafe serving up great coffee and a broad range of breakfast, lunch and catering offerings, keeping everyone in CQ fuelled throughout their work week.
Welcome to Canberra’s newest workplace.
